We understand that leaving your pet behind can be stressful, which is why we go above and beyond to make their stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

We require all dogs to be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) to ensure a healthy, cage-free environment for every guest.

Absolutely. You can ship or drop off your dog’s own food, plus any medications. We follow your precise feeding schedule, monitor intake, and administer medications. $5/Administration 

You’ll receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation at least seven days before your scheduled drop-off. Cancellations made fewer than seven days before your pet’s stay are non-refundable. All approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within seven to ten business days.

 On the day of drop-off, please arrive during your confirmed window at the Seaport meet-up point or our direct facility entrance. A team member will greet you curbside, perform a quick wellness check, and guide your pup inside. You’ll receive an update within the first few hours so you can relax knowing they’re settled. Pick-up operates on the same schedule—simply arrive during your reserved window, and we’ll have your dog ready to go with any final report notes and photos.

Our Certified Dog Trainers supervise all playgroups. We use positive-reinforcement techniques and will reach out immediately if any concerns or behavioral adjustments are needed.

Your dog enjoys constant access to social playgroups in our climate-controlled indoor/outdoor runs—no crates, just enrichment, rest areas, and plenty of TLC.

Yes—choose from spa baths, one-on-one play sessions, nature walks around the neighborhood, and “pawsitive” training drills. All add-ons are bookable online when you reserve.
